We offer both packages and a la carte services. Whether you are an active traveler or a seasonal home occupant, our management will maintain your home for you. Using our state of the art Key Lock system, you will always know when someone has entered your home.

Standard Package Includes:
- Inspect all electrical components
- Inspect all security systems and phone lines for any interruptions
- Collect and forward all mail
- Ensure the integrity of any service provider such as pool and lawn service
- Inspect HVAC, water systems and smoke detectors
- Flush toilets and run water faucets throughout the house
- Start and run all automobiles
- Schedule outsourced maintenance
- Secure all windows, doors, screens are closed and secure
- Open and close house as needed
Additional Services:
Concierge Services (may include, but are not limited to):
- Removing food from the refrigerator
- Removing and replacing sheets
- Set home temperatures before arrival
- Ventilate home prior to arrival
- Have a meal ready upon arrival
- Airport pickup and drop-off
