  1. What is got|it Concierge?
    We are a dependable, high-end concierge company that simplifies day-to-day needs for its clients. Whether it’s running errands, estate management, planning a party, business consulting, travel accommodations, house-sitting or even grocery shopping, got|it concierge simplifies your life. One company that provides all of these services.

  2. What are the benefits of hiring got|it Concierge?
    Not everyone requires full or part-time help. Sometimes, all you need is someone to handle the extras so you have more time to handle more important responsibilities, do the things you do best, or just relax and enjoy your life.

  3. Isn’t it more expensive to use a concierge?
    When comparing our rates to the cost of your time, loss of business opportunity, or the stress of not being able to accomplish all of your tasks, you will see that a concierge is affordable.

  4. Is everything included in your hourly rate and membership?
    Not everything is included in our hourly rate or memberships. Expenses, materials, gas over the 10-mile limit and taxes are additional to our rate quotes.

  5. When can you be reached?
    We are available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and in some cases 24 hours a day. Sunday and holidays are available upon request with an additional cost incurred. We can be reached by phone, email or fax.

  6. How does payment work?
    If you are purchasing an a la carte service, the first hour is prepaid and we will charge your credit card with the remaining balance. However, if you are part of a monthly plan, we will charge you for the month then charge you on the first of each month thereafter until you decide to cancel. We do however require that you provide us a notice of cancelation in writing at least 30 days before your last month.

  7. Do I have to be a member to benefit from your service?
    No, not with our a la carte services. However, if the services you require are on a weekly or monthly basis, we do offer monthly plans for convenience.

  8. Do I provide your company keys to my home?
    Yes, for some services you will provide us with a copy of your house keys along with a signed Key Release Form. This is most helpful when delivering groceries, house sitting, estate management or any other service you may need when not at home.

  9. Do I provide you with my credit card information and you keep a record of it?
    Yes. You will provide us with credit card information that we will keep in our records. We protect your privacy of course. The first hour will be charged in advance to the services rendered and then if required, an itemized bill will be forwarded to you.

  10. How far in advance should I request a service?
    We ask that for errands/chores that do not require a specific time or date of delivery you contact us 6 to12 hours prior to pick-up or service. For all other services and depending on the service, please contact us at least 24 to 36 hours in advance.

  11. My parents need help paying their bills and I live out of town. Would you be able to help?
    Yes, we definitely can help. Please call us to discuss their needs and make any further arrangements.

  12. I need help unpacking after I move. Would you be able to help?
    Yes, we certainly can help. Please call for a time estimate and to make arrangements.

  13. Do you offer gift certificates?
    Absolutely. This is a wonderful way to show how much you care for someone or to show appreciation to a client or employee. This is also ideal for new moms, college students, senior citizens, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, house warming and more. Call us or email to make arrangements.

  14. I travel all year round. Would you handle all my errands and restock my refrigerator before I arrive at home?
    Yes this is part of our estate management and house services. Many of our clients enjoy traveling without the hassle of loading and unloading the refrigerator, mail pick-up, house sitting, starting the engine of their cars, running all errands, reorganizing their closets and more. Just let us know exactly what you’d like and we’ll take care of it.

  15. Are you Insured and Bonded?
    Yes, we are.
